At the British Action Academy™ we offer totally unique stunt experience days relating to the amazing world of movies, stunts and action.
What’s involved?
We don’t believe in teaching basic pub brawls and sugar glass bottle throwing, as they certainly won’t make people look and feel like James Bond or Lara Croft! The whole point of our experience days is for individuals to try their hand at the kind of stunts that are similar to the ones that have been performed on major blockbuster movies such as James Bond, Star Wars, Tomb R aider and Gladiator. Anyone with half a brain can teach how to pull a few punches and throw a few props but these are not STUNTS.
During our Ultimate Stunt Experience day people will live a ‘day in the life’ of a real Stunt Performer on set. The stunts performed are in some of the most exciting categories of action: aerial, wire, high falls and combat & weaponry.
Our Ultimate Stunt Experience is held at the famous Pinewood Studios and lasts a whole day with lunch and drinks supplied. They are also instructed by some of the most experienced Stunt Co-ordinators in the business today.
Safety and fun are our main priority for these events and every stunt has a variety of difficulty levels so everyone can participate at their own ability, although we do encourage people to push themselves further than their comfort zones as this is what our experience is all about!
