The British Action Academy was set up by founder Andreas Petrides, and it’s his passion and wealth of experience that forms the heart of our Academy. 

Andreas is one of the UK’s leading JISC Registered stunt performers, co-ordinators, fight arrangers and action directors. His extensive career spans over 21 years, having worked with some of the world's leading directors and actors on over 500 productions worldwide. His CV incorporates some of the biggest productions of all time.

They include blockbusters such as: Star Wars, Gladiator, 4 James Bond's, Braveheart, Bourne Identity, Mission: Impossible, Harry Potter, Terminator, Batman to name but a few.

He currently enjoys the longest credit list of his profession within the UK. See IMDB for listings.

Andreas was recently inducted into the Hollywood Stuntmen’s Hall of Fame, recognising his outstanding achievements in the stunt profession of motion pictures and television.
