At the British Action Academy we are passionate about the health, education and physical / emotional welfare of children and young people and a lot of our charity work is based on inspiring children and young people to enter into the incredible world of action within the film and TV industry.

The career of a professional stunt performer is not taught within the educational establishments and has remained a very closed profession.  To become a stunt perfomer in the UK, you need to be county / competitive level in 6 sports! In a country where keeping active and playing sports is a very hot topic for our young, the career of a stunt performer would suit many children who enjoy playing a range of different sports.

Our educational action workshops and career lectures are specifically designed to inspire and educate children and young people from all backgrounds.

Our instructors are some of the worlds leading JISC registered stunt professionals, having trained leading Hollywood actors and designed and performed action sequences on some of the industry's biggest blockbusters including:  

Star Wars, Harry Potter, X-Men, Batman, Gladiator, Clash of the Titans, Captain America, Stormbreaker, Agent Cody Banks, Tomb Raider to name but a few.
